Il Prof. Umberto Eco nel 2010 scelse Meduproject srl per la settimana “il Dottorato fuori dall’Università”, organizzata dalla Fondazione Alma Mater e da Spinner per i dottorandi in discipline umanistiche, e Andrea Nanetti fu chiamato a presentare la sua esperienza imprenditoriale ad un seminario interdottorale in Aula Santa Lucia il 3 marzo 2010 insieme a Giuseppe Feyles (direttore di Rete 4) e a Davide Zanichelli (Project Manager di Netribe).
